Regional Sales Manager
Description

The Regional Sales Manager Responsible for sales in all business area including Kiosks, Vending, parts, and electronic repair. The Sales Manager will act as a business development counselor, helping our partners and customers grow their businesses. Even though not overly technically trained, must have knowledge of all equipment and the ability to troubleshoot common concerns experienced by the customers, as well as change and adapt to customer needs in effort to exceed company sales goals.

Requirements

  

  • Travel within region to grow sales and exceed stated region sales goals
  • Generate and develop new customers with on-site visits and/or cold calling
  • Cultivate relationships with new or underperforming customers, 
  • Maintain accurate records including weekly sales call reports
  • Represent company at regional trade shows and customer specific events.
  • Ensure sales orders are accurately and thoroughly completed, executed and provide prompt follow up support to customers and internal cross-functional leaders
  • Follow up on leads gained from travel or shows
  • Other duties as assigned  
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred, or commensurate work experience in the convenience industry

  

  • 3 to 5 years sales experience, preferably in the convenience or vending space
  • Strong relationship building and business development skills
  • Outstanding listening skills
  • Moderate technical expertise, basic understanding of electronics and M2M communications
  • Skilled in time, territory, and call cycle management. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, verbal and written
  • Self-Motivated with high energy
  • Team player
  • Goal oriented
  • Clear, common sense thinker with critical reasoning skills. Able to obtain information, evaluate alternatives, seek advice, make recommendations, and take action.
