Lakes Region Community Services (LRCS) is currently accepting applications for a full-time Accounting Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in the accounting or business field who is looking to grow and enhance their abilities. The Accounting Specialist works on the full cycle of Accounts Payable, from coding invoices to mailing the checks or processing EFTs, and various other tasks as assigned. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Excel, be able to work under minimal supervision, consistently produce accurate reports, maintain a high degree of professionalism, possess good organizational skills, respond under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude.

Associates Degree or two or more years of experience in a related field, or a comparable combination of education and experience. Recent experience with automated accounting systems and intermediate level Excel skills are needed to succeed in this position.

This is primarily an in-office position, with some remote flexibility.
