Regional Sales Representative

AIM or MISSION: The mission of the Inside Sales Representative is to build a strong dealer network that ensures sales stability and growth. 

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES/EXPECTATIONS:

  • Build and maintain strong dealer relations in the assigned territory. 
  • Generates sales orders for each dealer in the network. 
  • Provides Open order reports as well as product availability. 
  • Continually analyzes market data to develop sales forecasts and measure dealer/brand performance 
  • Work alongside Regional Sales Manager to identify open markets and key new dealer targets.      
  • Coordinates dealer agreements for approval. 
  • Develop product model comparisons to gain knowledge of competition. 
  • Provide customer/market feedback to National Sales Manager. 
  • Provide customer service to all dealers and retail customers. 
  • Work retail boat shows as directed by National Sales Manager
  • Minimum travel requirement of 1.5 weeks or as directed by the National Sales Manager 
  • Maintain travel calendar in conjunction with Regional Sales Manager
  • Provide written call reports to National Sales Manager upon completion of travel
  • Work alongside Regional Sales Manager to provide monthly territory updates.
