The Microsoft Dynamics Marketing Specialist, reporting to the Managing Director, Media Services & Ad Tech, is dedicated to data-driven marketing, data quality within the marketing database, the knowledge of which programs and channels are driving the highest ROI, and the commitment to an operation that drives efficiency and success.
This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, automation, campaign, and workflows of our client’s instance of Dynamics 365 and supporting the management of our relationships with our external partners in the marketing automation service area.
- Work with the integrated marketing team to build and support program and cross-channel strategies.
- Build emails, forms, lead scoring models that ensure leads are aligning properly with marketing operations.
- Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database, ensuring accuracy and ability to segment, personalize and deliver dynamic content.
- Perform monthly operational maintenance in current marketing automation platform, checking programs, lead scoring models, forms.
- Ensure client’s marketing technology needs are aligned with any software/platforms currently in use, while continuing to evaluate to ensure the right tech stack is in place for the business needs.
- Answer the questions of internal stakeholders, and lead demand generation strategy for client.
- Evolve best practices in automation, delivering more timely content to the right contacts and opportunities at the right time, improving campaign performance.
- Act as client representative as needed for technical projects in client conversations and lead partnership management whether in meetings or emails
- Manage documentation of all marketing automation project needs and work completed
- Develop and manage demand generation strategies for clients.
Qualifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics Marketing experience is required; specific experience within the Real-time Marketing modules is preferred.
- Jack Henry CRM and Azure experience are a plus but not required.
- Data-driven, team-player mindset that identifies actionable solutions.
- Understanding of marketing operations’ role in cross-channel marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrates a desire for continued education.
- Attention to detail and awareness of deadlines, budgetary requirements, constraints.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
