General Description
The Next Generation Video Producer is responsible for bringing our next generation series’, messages, and events to life through creative videos. This person should be confident in managing a large volume of content at one time and committed to “pushing creativity” to keep our messaging fresh and relevant to the audience.
Essential Job Functions
- Acts as the primary content creator (production and editing) for weekly Kids, JHM, HSM, and CYA videos, collaborating with respective ministries ahead of shoots to execute well.
- Manages their Creative Content Calendar so all shoots and deadlines are scheduled, and staff and talent involved have pertinent information to execute well.
- Assists the Video Director on projects for ongoing development in their skillset.
- Champions ongoing creativity by searching for relevant sources of inspiration.
- Champions repeatable systems and processes for production of videos within their scope of responsibility.
- Has a growing knowledge base and proficiency with editing tools within Adobe CC (specifically Premiere Pro and Photoshop), as well as video production (working with cameras, lighting kits, microphones, etc)
- Pursues and welcomes opportunities to grow their understanding and skill set in all areas of video production.
- Periodically travels to get footage of events, such as but not limited to, camps and mission trips.

Education and Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years experience working in video production with knowledge and understanding of advanced camera systems, lighting techniques/equipment, professional audio, and video editing.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift 20 pounds at times.
