Your Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties):

• Perfect Plate, Every Time: Ensure food orders are plated, presented, and delivered with speed, accuracy, and style.
• Quality Control Extraordinaire: Monitor food quality and presentation, collaborating with the kitchen to maintain Palma Ceia’s high standards.
• Liaison of Communication: Communicate special requests or dietary restrictions between the kitchen and dining team with clarity and efficiency.
• Collaborate and Coordinate: Work alongside kitchen staff to prioritize food preparation and ensure a seamless workflow.
• Keep It Clean: Maintain cleanliness and organization in both kitchen and dining areas, contributing to a safe and inviting environment.
• Problem Solver: Handle member concerns professionally and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction every step of the way.
• Be a Leader: Assist in training team members and stay engaged through staff meetings and training sessions.

What It Takes (Physical Demands):

• Follow detailed directions with independence and sound judgment.
• Tackle physically demanding tasks—lift up to 50 lbs, remain on your feet for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions like bending and stooping.
• Embrace a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Your Recipe for Success (Qualifications):

• High school diploma or equivalent, with one year of experience in a food expediter or similar role in food service.
• Must obtain ANSI food handler certification within 60 days of hire.
