  • Inspire Learning: Assist in the instruction of young children with learning differences, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment where every student can thrive. 
  • Lesson Innovator: Dive into lesson plans with creativity and enthusiasm, leading small and large group instruction that sparks curiosity and ignites passion for learning.
  • Classroom Dynamo: Utilize effective classroom management strategies to create a positive and engaging learning environment for students.
  • Organization Extraordinaire: Support the lead teacher by assisting with organization, cleaning, and preparation of materials, ensuring smooth and efficient classroom operations. 
  • Safety Ambassador: Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times, both in and out of the classroom, by following established procedures and exercising common sense.  
  • Leader in Action: Take on the responsibility of leading the classroom in the absence of the teacher, showcasing your leadership skills and ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Positive Role Model: Interact with students in a positive and supportive manner during learning and leisure time, serving as a mentor and guide.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 18 years’ old
  • Previous experience working with children
