Job Description:
As part of our focus on growth, process integration and service, we are now seeking a Sales Executive to be located at our office in Houston, TX (Open to Remote) to build and grow our client base. The primary responsibilities of this position would be:
- Development of new business opportunities;
- Rate quotes and proposals to various clients;
- Negotiation of rates and contracts
- Provide monthly reporting, including file closings and budgeting;
- Responsible for building and developing a book of business.
- Make Outbound Calls to Obtain and Develop New Business Opportunities
- Generate Business Leads
- Create and Maintain Customer Relationships
- Strong Telephone Skills and Written Communication A Must
- 3-5 Year Proven Freight Sales Experience Required
- Ability to Multitask with Attention to Detail
- Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
- Effective Communication Skills
- Able to work with a CRM & Sales platform
