Description
The Concierge/Front Desk Representative is responsible for a high volume of customer interaction and resolving a wide variety of inquiries while ensuring excellent customer service to homeowners, board members, vendors, and visitors. The front-desk employee is the first impression for the property, whether by phone or in person. A friendly and professional tone and actions are vital in this role.
Requirements
- Demonstrates a positive, professional, and client-oriented attitude about the company with homeowners, board members, vendors, coworkers and the public whether contact is by mail, telephone, e-mail or in person.
- Constantly strives for improvements in work processes and results to better meet client's expectations.
- Answers a high volume of incoming calls from homeowners and vendors and utilizes internal systems to initiate and complete customer requests
- Monitors Emergency Response System. Greets and directs Residents, guests and invitees.
- Monitors and controls Electronic Security Control Systems.
- Responds to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitors and controls access to the building.
- Maintains daily log, records and forms. Resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues.
- Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s).
- May be assigned other duties by the on-site property manager.
- Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
