Asana Partners seeks a driven, creative, and motivated individual to join the team as a Marketing Coordinator. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with the Manager – Marketing Strategy to support day-to-day operations, project management, and process development to advance the firm’s marketing efforts.


The ideal candidate is adept at multi-tasking, can respond quickly as needed, possesses strong communication and organizational skills, and is well-prepared to work collaboratively with a variety of departments with competing deadlines.  Duties include:

  • Support the development, design, and production of various high quality, brand consistent collateral marketing materials used for internal and external audiences
  • Assist in the administration and management of all corporate platforms to ensure alignment and accuracy
  • Act as a communication hub and liaison between internal teams, third-party groups, and property management teams to ensure seamless support and successful execution of marketing efforts
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external vendors to facilitate the timely and high-quality execution of marketing campaigns
  • Maintain various information databases, ensuring all resources are up-to-date and accurate
  • Assist with press releases and other public relations responsibilities including monitoring brand mentions
  • Act as a resource for branded material requests including logo files, templates, merchandise, etc.
  • Support the developing & documenting of internal processes and training materials to help foster and socialize marketing operational excellence
  • Continually look for, suggest, and implement improved and creative ways to deliver the highest quality marketing materials with improved efficiencies and evolving technologies
Requirements
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to produce results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational and time management skills with consistent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Ability to effectively plan, manage, and execute multiple projects at once, meeting deadlines and communicating status proactively
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills, ability to craft engaging content from complex research
  • Creative with a basic understanding of design elements for creating visually appealing deliverables
  • Proven ability to research, interpret data, draw insights, and optimize marketing efforts accordingly
  • Functional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Emerging proficiency and / or interest in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva is a plus 

Education

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, real estate, hospitality, architecture / design, or related field of study; or 2 years of related experience and / or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
