We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Intern to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of human resources operations.. This role will play a crucial role in ensuring a collaborative HR team environment and executing our processes and programs throughout the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Help HR department with administrative tasks such as updating policies and procedures
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
  • Support employee onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data related to HR operations.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends, making recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Help create HR Connect, as well as the SOPs, and support new hire orientation and onboarding activities with HRIS system updates for new and existing employees.
  • Collaborate on occasional specific projects within the recruiting and operations functions to support the team as needed.

Requirements


  • Attending a four-year college degree or university, majoring in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, benefits, payroll, compensation, training & development, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Understanding of HR operations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research, analyze data, and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Desire to work collaboratively as a team in a results-driven environment.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement HR process enhancements.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in HR operations and employee relations
