PRIMARY FUNCTION: As a member of a multidisciplinary team, the clinician/therapist is responsible for managing, supervising, and implementation of the day-to-day operations the CSC/CCS Program and its staff. The clinician/supervisor works to guide the CSC team toward serving youth and young adult with high-level needs who are dually diagnosed with mental health and developmental disabilities. In addition, the clinician/supervisor ensures the provision of individual and family therapy and other clinical services toward the youth meeting their treatment goals.
PRIMARY DUTIES:

1. Coordinate the provision of care for all enrolled youth daily by ensuring all members of the CSC multidisciplinary team are providing services within their scope of practice so the needs of the youth and families are met.
2. Supervise (two or more staff), evaluate, manage, and train/develop assigned staff in accordance with the policies and procedures established by the agency and work closely with the Division leadership as well as the Department of Human Resources to manage all personnel items (i.e.; interviewing, hiring, discipline actions, etc.). 3. Plan, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day operations (facilitate staffing; may transport consumers; direct/approve/review Plans of Care, crisis plans, service authorizations, functional screens, provider notes, etc.; authorize services; assign cases to staff; monitor, audit and evaluate team processes, etc.). E
4. Facilitate and provide direct clinical services to youth enrolled in the program. Direct clinical services include individual therapy, family therapy, psychoeducation, etc. Also, facilitate all aspects of providing services and support to youth (conduct mental health and/or substance use assessments and ongoing therapeutic services, assess current safety, develop and review comprehensive treatment plans, keep up to date treatment records, etc.). 5. Follow and ensure all legal, organizational and contractual requirements, laws and policies. E
6. Prepare, complete, distribute, and/or submit required items by due dates. E
7. Attend meetings and professional development activities, as requested. E
8. Establish and maintain good communication, collaboration, and cooperation with all stakeholders. E
9. Follow all duties of a mandated reporter. E
10. Perform other related duties, as assigned. E

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is generally performed in field and office environments, including travel. Local travel required; some state-wide travel as needed. Flexible hours required; as dictated by program needs.
REPORTS TO: Program Administrator for Youth Services
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
1. Master’s Degree from an accredited school in Social Work, Psychology, or related field required.
2. Valid State of Wisconsin Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) License OR State of Wisconsin Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) OR State of Wisconsin Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) required.
3. Minimum of three (3) years of experience providing services to individuals with significant mental health, substance abuse, or co-occurring needs.
4. Five (5) years of continued experience serving youth and young adults with mental health and developmental disabilities (Preferred)
5. Training and/or certification in specialized therapy services (art therapy, play therapy, behavior therapy, or other experiential therapies) (Highly Preferred)
6. Minimum of one (1) year of practical supervisory experience; including supervision of staff.
7. Bilingual (Spanish and English), spoken and written. (Desirable)
8. Neat orderly person with great organizational skills.
9. Must be a people person with a great disposition and outlook on life, who enjoys working with others, is upbeat and pleasant to work with and is a good listener.
10. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite.
11. Must be willing and able to work flexible hours as needed.
