Cost Segregation Authority, LLC (“CSA”) specializes in providing qualified cost segregation studies and energy tax credit services to individual and corporate taxpayers. Through a cost segregation study, CSA identifies and reclassifies personal property from real property to accelerate the depreciation expense available to a real estate investor. CSA tailors its services to CPAs and other real estate and wealth advisors. THE POSITION 


As our company grows, we seek a motivated and experienced teammate to join our Sales Development team. The Sales Development department is primarily responsible for assisting in qualifying and identifying prospects and leads by making outbound introduction calls. 


What you will do: 

  • Qualify externally generated leads and new prospects identified as the target market. 
  • Team up with Account Manager and Account Executives to target prospects to add to the pipeline with lead generation through email and phone campaigns 
  • Initial follow-up on leads generated from our website 
  • Daily outbound calls to work leads 
  • Your time will be divided between leading needs analysis calls, making follow-up calls, emails, and reporting/administrative tasks 
  • Correspond directly with prospects who are eager to use our services with the first initial outreach for Cost Segregation 
  • Review fixed real estate asset documents such as closing statements, construction costs, and depreciation schedules 
  • Handle administrative duties and promote customer satisfaction 
  • Performs other related duties as assigned 

What you bring: 

  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent required 
  • 1-3 years’ experience in an Inside Sales or similar role 
  • Dynamic, people-oriented personality able to quickly adjust in a fast-changing environment 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills 
  • Ability to provide solutions to problems 
  • Proficiency with computers 
  • Update and use our CRM tool to assist lead generation opportunities identified 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office apps (Excel, Word, SharePoint) 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time 
  • Ability to work towards regular deadlines 
  • High attention to detail 

Nice to have: 

  • Building construction knowledge 
  • Familiarity with real estate concepts 
  • Experience in accounting, depreciation, fixed asset management 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Salary Description
$75,000 OTE
