We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial-minded Administrative Assistant to join our Kintinu Telerehab team. 


Kintinu Telerehab is not a traditional outpatient clinic. We specialize in virtual care. Clients partnering with Kintinu can quickly connect to specialized experts in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, and psychology using video conferencing technology. Our experts treat a wide variety of diagnoses, including extremely complex cases. And, instead of working in silos, we differentiate ourselves from other clinics with our efficient and effective interdisciplinary approach. 


Role Snapshot:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will work alongside our entire team and contribute to the operational aspects of the business to ensure efficient and effective service delivery and world-class customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers by handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls, inquiries, or messages. 
  • Schedule and maintain a calendar of appointments to support clinical service delivery.
  • Coordinate and manage onboarding and off-boarding of all clients.
  • Obtain and organize pertinent data and prepare reports or other documents as needed.
  • Maintain all records and reports associated with electronic health records system.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the telerehab team as needed, including billing support, licensure compliance, etc.
  • Provide excellent customer service.

A successful candidate must be a naturally curious and disciplined and must demonstrate a high degree of aptitude in the following areas:

  • Time management and organization
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills

Education / Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Schedule: Full-time; will consider part-time for the right candidate

Location: Onsite – Omaha, NE
