Founded in 2007, Quantum Flo is housed in a brand new, state-of-the-art, 30,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Sanford, Florida, just north of the Greater Orlando area. Our systems are assembled, and flow tested in our on-site test lab where we feature a UL508A industrial custom control panel facility and a large production shop.  Quantum Flo began as a result of the efforts of a determined team of professionals committed to redefining the packaged pump systems market. Primary Job Duties:

The Electrical Control Panel Builder / Wirer will work independently, under the direction of the lead, to build and/or wire the control panels according to the schematics. 

  • Read and follow schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, and bill of materials to determine materials requirements and to build, assembly and wire the panel.
  • Fabricate or form parts using hand tools such as, wire cutters and crimpers, voltage testing, saws, drills, calipers, among others.
  • Position, align, or adjust workpieces or electrical parts to facilitate wiring or assembly.
  • Confer with lead, supervisors or engineers to plan or review work activities or to resolve production problems.
  • Explain assembly procedures or techniques to other workers.
  • Drill or tap holes in specified equipment locations to mount control units or to provide openings for elements, wiring, or instruments.
  • Work in a safe manner.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma - or the equivalent (for example, GED)
  • Previous experience in electrical wiring assembly preferred.
  • Previous experience using power hand tools.
