Description

The Project Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to provide operational support to Project Executives, Project Managers and Field Superintendents. In addition, there is a secondary responsibility to provide administrative support to other departments/other administrative positions to meet workload requirements. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Review, maintain & upload all project documents to Procore (drawings, test reports, safety inspection reports, etc.)

• Organize and issue project start-up information to Operations Team; coordinate/run project start-up meeting, complete project start-up checklist and necessary start-up tasks in Procore, collect and send all field office supplies to project superintendent, set up/ coordinate delivery and pick up of field utilities (jobsite trailers, dumpsters, storage trailers, etc.)

• Prepare all project close-out information to be assembled in Project Owner’s manual

• Track and log weekly superintendent documents (Progress photos, daily logs, short interval schedules and weekly site safety checklist)

• Format and distribute the weekly Short Interval Schedule and Progress Photos

• Participation in regularly scheduled Operations, Project Coordinator and Safety Committee meetings as required

• Act as liaison/coordinator between architects, owners, subcontractors and estimating team

• Review, format and issue all subcontractor commitments (Subcontracts and Purchase Orders)

• Review, update and maintain all contract attachment documents (CM&B Form 3B, Drawing Rider, etc.)

• Pursue/review all subcontractor Commitment related documents (COIs, subcontracts, POs, safety information, etc.)

• Issue/sign Subcontractor Change Orders via Procore/ DocuSign

• Manage and maintain sub/vendor Procore Database

• Assist with other office administrative tasks including coverage of breaks for front desk, answering phones, and acting as a business associate to create a seamless communication system that provides clients, subcontractors, business partners and our team members with exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; BA/BS preferred.

• Minimum 1 year related experience, preferably in construction or related field

• Highly task oriented, accurate & efficient with strong work ethic, willing to go the extra mile to support the team

• Strong time management skills with ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines

• Create and maintain strong relationships within the team at CM&B and with outside subcontractors and vendors

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, preferred experience in Procore, 10K Ft, Onscreen & Building Connected

Salary Description
$60-75K
