HTS is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team at a highly rated retirement community in Walnut Creek, Ohio. The Occupational Therapist in this position will be responsible for completing evaluations and supervisory visits on a consistent PRN basis. The schedule is very flexible, approximately 10 to 15 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans

- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

- Complete supervisory visits

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Applicants must have an active Ohio Occupational Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Ohio license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
