Description

We’re looking for someone with a passion for making numbers work and getting results. The Advertising & Analytics Coordinator will execute full client campaign cycles, from client introductions to strategy to ad placement and reporting. They’ll learn what works, what doesn’t, and will use data to drive the best results for clients. They’ll carry out the basic functions of the department and ensure quality of delivery, and assist with mentoring interns and training team members on best practices.

Requirements
  • Build and maintain client reports, client optimization records, and track YTD progress to ensure clients are moving forward.
  • Gather materials for ads, place ads, monitor and optimize ads, notify team once ads are near/at completion.
  • Maintain budget documents, ensure client’s budget goals are met and pacing appropriately.
  • Use data, experience and knowledge to craft customized, multichannel advertising strategies
  • Spot organic and paid trends, gather data, develop insights and analyze performance.
  • Conduct detailed competitive analyses upon request for clients and prospective business verticals.
  • Research and evaluate content, advertising and audience opportunities.
  • Assist in all operational, ad hoc and ongoing reporting deliverables supporting the Ads & Analytics team.
  • Organize and maintain a dashboard database to allow for easy team access.
  • Support the dashboard product lifecycle and contribute to usage documentation.
  • Facilitate data collection, processing and entry for specific platforms.
  • Build out dashboard templates based on campaign needs.
  • Manage and maintain dashboards on a regular basis.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Advertising or a related field.
  • Experience with Tableau, Google Looker Studio or other data visualization platforms is a plus.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, other standard business products.
  • Ability to multitask and juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stay ahead of emerging trends in data analytics and related products.
  • Passion for gathering data to analyze and tell a great story.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Maximum attention to detail.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Background in media buying, planning or traditional commercial traffic
  • 1-2 years experience in digital marketing
  • Knowledge of traditional, social and programmatic advertising methods and tactics preferred
  • Experience with Google Analytics preferred
