Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Third-Party Billing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the billing process for our third-party clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial transactions. 


What You Will be Doing as a Third Party Billing Specialist....


• Assist Billing Manager/ VP of Administrative Operations with ongoing and special projects as needed

• Help EHR Coordinator with tasks pertaining to the Helpdesk and CANS submissions

• Open new clients in Electronic Medical Records System

• Check eligibility of clients on a weekly basis, via online provider system

• Track and update authorizations

• Enter intake and enrollment assessments into EIM/ESM

• Collection Follow-up - Call Insurance Companies to resolve Claims

Requirements

Requirements 


• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Third party billing experience preferred

• Experience with Microsoft Office required

• Acceptable CORI and SORI background record check as required by program
