Description:

As the Director of Client Solutions & Campaign Planning, you will play a pivotal role in leading client relationships as an account director, utilizing our Brand Advocate solution to deliver unparalleled value and results. Additionally, you will oversee a pod of shared resources responsible for influencer campaign planning and creative development. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and a passion for delivering best in class client experiences.


The Director, Client Solutions & Campaign Planning reports to the VP, Client Solutions while supervising and providing guidance on day-to-day tasks to junior team members. 


Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key enterprise clients, fostering strong relationships, understanding their unique business objectives, and developing strategies to achieve them.
  • Act as an account director, guiding clients through the implementation and optimization of our Brand Advocate solution to maximize ROI and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to ensure the seamless execution of client campaigns and initiatives.

Strategic Campaign Planning:

  • Lead the development of strategic campaign plans tailored to each client's goals, leveraging data-driven insights and industry best practices.
  • Closely partner with media services to develop paid activation strategies
  • Drive innovation and creativity in campaign strategy, continuously seeking new opportunities to enhance client performance and differentiate our offerings.
  • Oversee the creation of comprehensive campaign proposals and presentations, ensuring alignment with client expectations and objectives.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Manage and mentor a pod of shared resources responsible for campaign planning and creative development., fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and accountability.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them grow their skills and achieve their professional goals.
  • Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness within the team, optimizing processes and workflows to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Performance Analysis and Optimization:

  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, proactively identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement strategic adjustments and enhancements, ensuring ongoing campaign success and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare wrap-up reports and leverage our data analytics software for client presentations, demonstrating the impact of our solutions and informing future strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, digital advertising, and brand marketing, with a focus on client management and campaign planning.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.
  • Effectively prioritizes and organizes work, assessing priority levels, delegating tasks, and meeting deadlines. 
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms and tools, with a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Proven ability to build strong collaborative partnerships with external stakeholders.

Pay Rate:

$95,000 - $125,000 base salary
