About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Regional Manager to support and lead multiple dental offices. This role is highly hands-on and ideal for someone who thrives in coaching teams, analyzing performance, and improving operations across front office, scheduling, production, and collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and support Office Managers, doctors, and front office teams
- Analyze KPIs, reports, budgets, and trends to drive action plans
- Improve scheduling efficiency, production goal attainment, and patient flow
- Monitor collections, A/R, and financial controls
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ADA, HIPAA, and company standards
- Partner with HR, Compliance, Marketing, and Operations leadership
- Travel regularly to assigned offices to provide on-site support
- Serve as a liaison between field teams and corporate support
- Assist with patient relations, escalations, and special projects
What You Bring
- Strong dental operations and front office knowledge
- Experience coaching teams and driving accountability
- Comfort with reporting, metrics, and performance management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with Dentrix Ascend (or similar PMS) preferred

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Preferred: A minimum of a two-year Business Degree
- Five years’ experience in dental healthcare management
- The ability to understand the goals of the practice and work to obtain these goals both independently and with the direction of the Executive Team
- The ability to:
- To make continuous efforts to stay current of any changes in the dental healthcare field that may impact the practice including regulation changes as well as new technology that may enhance practice operations
- To relate well to patients, physicians, team members, and other professionals
- To be dedicated to the vision and goals of the practice
- To remain calm and exhibit tact in stressful and/or delicate situations
- To handle confidential issues with discretion
- To read, write, speak and understand English
