Description

Reporting to the VP of Operations & Implementations, this role is responsible for designing, improving, & managing learning and development across ConcertoCare in partnership with subject matter experts across the organization. This includes running the learning management system, managing all training through any modality, overseeing role-specific onboarding plans, planning for in-person market meetings around the country. In true startup fashion, this role may lean in to support in other areas related to learning and development. 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Training & Onboarding 

  • Design, implement, enhance, and maintain a variety of learning programs for all levels of employees, both virtual and in-person, including onboarding, culture and values, manager development, and industry/role specific knowledge 
  • Manage role-specific onboarding plans through ongoing updates and enhancements 
  • Leverage various technologies, including Adobe Illustrator, SharePoint Rise 360, with opportunity to use other preferred technologies as well to support this training body of work 
  • Ensure deliverables are aligned with the brand and company mission and share a consistent look and feel? 
  • Own the LMS and support managers across the organization to ensure training is completed on time 

Event Planning 

  • Coordinate behind the scenes the event planning and multi-week training for new markets nationwide 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues or roadblocks that arise during the onboarding process 
  • Manage the training calendar and act as project manager for orientation 

Overall 

  • Support development and cultural activities, including ownership of coordinating annual in-person market meetings across the country 
  • Apply relevant trends and best practices in adult learning theory and instructional design  
  • Update and refine existing learning content and recommend different design applications and layouts that would improve the learner experience? 
  • Effectively collaborate and communicate cross-functionally with an array of ConcertoCare employees 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree 
  • 4+ years’ experience working in the healthcare related field required 
  • Strong background in instructional design and proficient in Adobe Illustrator 
  • Strong organizational with an emphasis on attention to detail 
  • Strong communication skills and passion for collaboration 
  • Thrives in the fast-paced evolving start-up space with the opportunity to build

  • Believe in a growth mindset mentality 
  • Willingness to travel up to 35% to support new market implementation and in-person market meetings nationwide

Base Salary/ Wage Range $90,000 to $110,000 plus annual bonus. Compensation for the role is commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
