Requirements

You’ll Get a Chance To

  • Support the financial services group by preparing financial statements, letters, and ratio reports in Word and Excel, ensuring accuracy and presentation from data input to finalization.
  • Proofread financial statements, management letters, proposals, and reports for grammar, spelling, format, and mathematical precision, upholding our firm's standards of excellence with your attention to detail.
  • Assist in drafting proposals for prospective client engagements, ensuring clarity and professionalism while supporting the business development efforts of the team.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments, managing emails, and handling phone calls.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to documents and information.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Demonstrates respect, integrity, and trustworthiness, aligning with organizational values; maintains confidentiality and communicates effectively.
  • Follows instructions, takes ownership of tasks, and ensures commitments are met with meticulous attention to detail and thoroughness, particularly in proofreading and formatting.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments, adept at handling pressure, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple busy seasons; excels at workload prioritization and efficient time management.
  • Adapts flexibly to evolving work environments, adept at managing competing demands, and adeptly adjusts approaches to suit changing situations.
  • Possesses a one-year certificate from a college or technical school.
  • Three to six months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, with an excellent command of the English language, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and a strong understanding of foundational mathematics.
  • Requires the capacity to lift 35 lbs. and perform various physical tasks such as bending, squatting, typing, and maintaining visual and auditory acuity.

What You Should Know

This is a full-time position and will be required to be onsite. Our standard office hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM. This position will require you to work on occasional Saturdays for 3-4 hours between February and April.
