About the Role: 


As a Senior Ad Operations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the execution and optimization of our digital advertising campaigns. You will work closely with our account management, creative, and publisher development teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and maximum performance across all channels. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our clients' campaigns and to further develop your skills in digital advertising operations.


What you will do: 

  • Coordinate the setup, launch, and ongoing management of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms
  • Collaborate with account managers and clients to gather campaign requirements, objectives, and creative assets
  • Implement ad trafficking processes to ensure accurate ad placements and tracking setup
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all ads are displayed correctly and adhere to brand guidelines
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to ad serving, tracking, and campaign delivery


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising operations, ad trafficking, or campaign management
  • Proficiency in ad serving platforms such as Google Ad Manager, DCM, SpringServe, Publica, and/or DSPs
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and/or other web technologies is a plus

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $68,000-$75,000. The salary and bonus structure is determined on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
