Are you passionate about aviation and skilled in aircraft structure maintenance/manufacturing? We're seeking talented individuals like you to join our team as Aircraft Structure Mechanics in multiple locations!!

- Kansas
Responsibilities:
- Read, interpret, plan & work from Structural Repair Manuals, engineering drawings, and Service Bulletins.
- Complete skin repairs requiring doublers or triplers containing complex contours.
- Complete complex repairs and replacements that require substantial disassembly, such as wing spar, keel beam, or other support structures.
- Remove/install aircraft components as required.
- Perform minor structural repairs on composite components.
- Assist in conducting hidden damage inspection of aircraft structures.
- Assist with complex structural repairs either on or off aircraft.
- Assist with aircraft component repair.

Requirements
- Prefer at least 2 years of experience working aircraft structures.
- Prefer A & P License
- Ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings.
- Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal form on individual and / or aircraft status.
- Own a basic set of hand tools with the ability to demonstrate inventory & control of tools.
- Must be able to obtain appropriate Ground Support Equipment Qualifications as required.
- Have the ability to work unscheduled overtime including nonscheduled workdays and holidays.
