Marketing Coordinator
Description

The Marketing Coordinator works under the direct supervision of the CEO and is responsible for the completion of a variety of special projects as assigned and prioritized by the supervisor. This position is responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns. This position will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish. 

Requirements
  • Create digital media content.
  • Take photographs as needed for social media.
  •  Community Events- help organize NMCC representation at events and health fairs including creating a team, promoting internally, arranging for workers/volunteers, and setup & take down; also look for ways for NMCC to be involved in new and related events.
  • Referring MDs- prepare materials to support referrals to the practice; attend and schedule lunches as needed.
  • Internal Event Support- help plan employee events such as picnic, holiday parties, and other events at the office to help make it a fun workplace; help foster team morale and culture through internal and external marketing & communications efforts.
  • Marketing: maintain an inventory of supplies for patient giveaways, new patient gifts and other branded items.
  • Miscellaneous – create flyers and graphics to support the aforementioned duties; assist with miscellaneous communication and administrative support. 
  • Responsible for working with our Marketing Firm to effectively manage Marketing projects for various departments as directed by supervisor. 
  • Collaborate closely with supervisors to meet goals. 
  • Maintain project documentation and regularly report results to supervisor. 
  • Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost – saving measures. 
  • Plan and manage goals, project schedules and new information. 
  • Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions. 


Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration
