Description:

The Sales Director will report directly to the CRO and will be responsible for:

  • Managing the full-cycle sales process, from sourcing an opportunity to close, while presenting BN’s value based on the client’s needs
  • Developing a constant pipeline of new business opportunities for Brand Advocate, our brand and employee advocacy platform, with Financial, Insurance, Retail, CPG, and other verticals
  • Generate revenue from brands and agencies by selling our brand advocacy, social advertising, and activation solutions
  • Generate revenue from brands and agencies selling our unique data collaboration product
  • Partnering with other cross-functional teams to grow revenue across product and services
  • Communicating the value of BN by walking through detailed demonstrations of the products
  • Listening to the needs of the market and sharing them with the Product team
Requirements
  • 8+ years of enterprise sales experience 
  • 5 + years of experience in SaaS or Adtech
  • Experience selling to major brands in Finance, Retail, CPG, and other verticals
  • Experience in selling services and solutions to mid-sized and global agencies
  • Experience in paid social advertising and a firm grasp of the digital content and media landscape
  • Strong background in driving revenue growth and positioning competitive differentiators
  • Expert communication skills, verbal and written
  • Proven history of achieving quota and accurately forecasting in a high-growth company
  • Demonstrated ability to source, manage, and close high-level B2B sales
  • Ability to assess customer challenges, align solutions, and position value
  • Ability to build consensus among multiple, cross-functional decision-makers and influencers in a single company
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Pay Rate:
$110,000 - $150,000 base salary


The anticipated annual base salary does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
