Description

  

Outlaw Off-Road and Performance is seeking skilled Sales Representatives for our This position is fully commission based and is centered around Customer Service. We are looking for results-driven sales representatives to join our ever growing and extremely successful team.

You will provide excellent customer service to our patrons, engage appropriately, and present automotive parts and Aftermarket accessories inventory to them in an efficient and professional manner. This job is scheduled for 830am - 6pm, Monday - Friday, with rotating Saturdays.

    

Primary job roles include:

  • Answering incoming calls      regarding sale of parts and customer inquiries
  • Sale of Official  merchandise and branded materials
  • Sale of automotive serviceable      parts/ replacement parts/ tires
  • Knowledge of online ordering      and current availability of retail items
  • Updating customers on statuses      of backordered items and current placed orders
  • Provide in-store customer      service for browsing customers, current service customers, and general      overall knowledge of available upselling opportunities
  • Facilitate customers' needs and      be informative of part functions and operation/ application
  • Must be aware of current      inventory promotions
  • Be proactive of items close to      being out of stock for ordering purposes
  • Provide product information
  • Cross selling complementary      products and services
  • Establish, develop and maintain      positive business and customer relationships
  • Navigate online catalogue
  • Meet monthly sales objectives      with the assistance of management
  • Continuously improve through      feedback

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
