The RBT will provide direct one-on-one therapy to teach communication, social, and daily living skills, while reducing problematic behaviors in the home, community, and school settings in a center-based environment. The RBT will utilize interventions developed out of the science of Applied Behavior Analysis and will work under the close supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
· RBT Certification (training is available)
· High school diploma or GED (Some college preferred, but not required)
· Experience working with the autism population (preferred) or with children
· Enjoy working with children
· Engaging and high energy
