SUMMARY:

Responsible for the care of all of the equipment and the facility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for: performing preventative maintenance on all machines and equipment; repairing all equipment and the facility; performing all work in accordance with safety procedures. In addition, the Maintenance Technician will maintain operational responsibilities of ISO 9001:2015. The employee may be asked to perform other duties as required by business needs.

The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; kneel; and crouch. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; and occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds. The employee must be able to effectively communicate and use judgment to resolve routine and semi-complex questions and problems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualifications for this position are: Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial maintenance and continuing education in OSHA requirements.
