Position Duties / Essential Job Functions:
- Scoop with Precision: Master the art of scooping ice cream with accuracy and consistency, following our guidelines to ensure every scoop delights.
- Process Transactions: Ring up purchases accurately and efficiently using our POS system, handling cash and credit card transactions with ease.
- Provide Exceptional Service: Assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have, and ensure they have a delightful experience from start to finish.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep your workstation clean and organized, and assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the store.
- Assist with Inventory: Help monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed to ensure our products are always readily available for our guests.
- Promote Specials and Offers: Inform guests about any current promotions or specials to enhance their shopping experience and encourage additional purchases.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations and provide support where needed to keep the store running efficiently.
