The individual will be reporting to the Director of Marketing. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing ecommerce strategies to drive growth in our online business. Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package:

o Base Salary range of $60 – 80 K (based on background) with bonus potential. 401K with profit sharing.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, equivalent experience considered.
  • 3+ years of experience in relevant marketing fields, including digital marketing, website management, and/or eCommerce.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Marketing Team members and cross-functionally.
  • Possesses a keen design sensibility, capable of creating visually appealing and engaging content that resonates with target audience.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a proven ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Knowledge of leveraging CRM systems for driving growth through email and other digital technologies.
  • Proven experience in driving traffic to eCommerce sites through PPC advertising, with a track record of achieving targeted results.
  • Working proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Ads.
  • Capability and willingness to conduct back-end site design work for UX and eCommerce within a CMS platform. Drupal CMS experience a plus.
  • Proficient in marketing automation setup and execution. Experience working in Microsoft Dynamics (Click Dimensions) a plus.
  • Knowledge of leveraging CRM systems for driving growth through email and other digital technologies.


  • Employ data insights to sequence and showcase products on the site, maximizing conversion and revenue.
  • Utilize data to make informed decisions on website merchandising, product discoverability, and overall site optimization for enhanced user experience.
  • Administer email strategy leveraging CRM and marketing automation software, continuously optimizing for performance based on data with the intention to achieve or exceed target sales goals.
  • Implement SEO strategies to monitor and optimize digital content, providing recommendations for improved listing performance.
  • Drive traffic to the ecommerce site through PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising campaigns, optimizing budget allocation, and targeting strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Plan, coordinate, and administer webinars aimed at educating customers, driving engagement, and promoting products on the ecommerce platform.
  • Offer exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving website-related issues, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly browsing experience for customers.
  • Participate in site management calls with external development partners, make recommendations for optimization.
  • Monitor competitor websites and activities, reporting insights as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as Global Marketing and Sales Teams to execute initiatives through the Garrison ecommerce site.
  • Stay informed about current website best practices and future trends in digital sales and marketing.
