We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to join ATSI’s management team. This full-time position serves as the contract Program Manager (PM) and point of contact for all program tasks in support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC Crane), a world class Naval Installation providing technical solutions to the Department of Defense. 

The PM will manage a team of personnel to analyze, evaluate, and integrate technical and non-technical data from multiple sources to assess the relevance and significance of developments in their assigned area. They will analyze production schedules and costs to identify variances and deficiencies in cost, schedule, and quality. They will track critical program elements (i.e. production performance, direct labor effectiveness, cost effectiveness, quality and performance, turnaround time) for variances and deficiencies. They will also monitor the program status and provide guidance, assistance, and direction. 

As a member of ATSI’s management team, the PM will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the program, ensuring its successful execution and delivery. The PM will monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise. They will maintain open and effective communication channels with stakeholders at all levels and provide regular updates and reports on project status, progress, and key metrics. The PM will foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and innovation.

· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in any technical or managerial discipline.

· Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in program or project management performing duties described in the description.

· Experience working in government contracting or with Navy programs.

· Active DoD Secret level security clearance.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Power-Point, and Teams.

· Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written. 

· Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.

· Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred but not required.
