Senior Program Analyst (Secret Clearance Required)
Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated professional with a proven track record of success to join our team. This full-time position serves as a Senior Program Analyst in support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC Crane), a world class Naval Installation providing technical solutions to the Department of Defense. The Program Analyst will adapt existing analytical methods and techniques to specific issues and develop new approaches to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of program operations. They will analyze and evaluate, on a quantitative or qualitative basis, the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of organizational programs. They will develop, coordinate, and implement performance measures to evaluate productivity programs. The Program Analyst will analyze organizational priorities and provide a range of liaison services to support program and administrative functions, including the development and implementation of policies and procedures. The Program Analyst will evaluate new or modified policies and procedures for projected impact on organizational programs. 

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a business or technical field.

· Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, and/or financial/cost analysis. 

· Professional experience in U.S. Navy programs.

· Valid Indiana Educators License.

· Active DoD Secret level security clearance.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 

· Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.

· Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within teams. 

· Self-starter committed to identifying and solving problems and meeting deadlines.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Power-Point, and Teams.
