Role Overview:

Infinity is extremely excited to partner and grow with a fast-growing provider of telecommunications and fiberoptic internet service. Our client has plans to add over 1M homes to their fiber network each year and are expanding their customer base through offers of superior technology and convenient pricing. We are partnering with our client to build a successful go-to-market strategy and anticipate large amounts of growth. We are seeking highly motivated and driven sales professionals with experience in telecommunications, internet technology, and/or B2C sales. 


 Responsibilities:

  • Representing a large, regional telecom provider in an outbound acquisition sales role
  • Selling fiberoptic internet services to consumers across a 20-state footprint
  • Contact customers and establish needs to offer a better solution
  • Compare and contrast the consumers’ current internet speed and technology with our clients’ offers and promotions
  • Salespeople able to overcome objections and paint a picture for their customer
Requirements

Ideal Candidate & Qualifications: 

  • Must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for this position 
  • All work experiences welcomed thanks to our award-winning training program
  • 6 months of call center experience preferred.
  • 1 year of acquisition sales required, 3 years or more preferred, B2C experience a plus
  • Ability to maintain broad knowledge of client products and services
  • Internet navigation and applications skills
  • Ability to think on the fly and transition to overcome customer objections
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences by executing with energy and excellence
  • Ability to analyze, interpret and address client needs
  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced team environment


Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, if necessary.

$18.00 per hour + commission
