ABOUT THIS ROLE

Associations International (AI) is an association management company based in Lexington, KY, who partners with non-profit trade and career associations. Our job is to help those non-profits meet their mission and grow their membership through the work of our talented, dedicated team. 


Our client partner, the International Coaching Federation (ICF), is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join the ICF Foundation team. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support for strategic initiatives, marketing and communications, and fundraising/development related projects throughout the ICF Foundation. This position will report to the Director of Development and Donor Engagement.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Produce fundraising reports from the NetForum Database
  • Work with IT to make edits/changes to fundraising NetForum reports
  • Complete NetForum data entries
  • Assist with Foundation Society Donor group
  • Assist with iWave wealth screenings
  • Assist with administrative support to the Coaching Education Scholarship Program
  • Schedule meetings
  • Do research to support projects
  • Assist with editing as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements

 QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Strong computer and internet skills including all MS Office Suite required
  • Related experience or relevant specialized administrative certificate/training
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills and talent for customer service
  • Must be efficient with strong attention to detail
  • Must have strong skills in organization and planning, demonstrated ability to work independently, and exercise sound judgment and problem solving
  • Experience with non-profit organizations a plus
