Description
Ensure the SentriLock product is reliable and produces expected performance for customers by developing and auditing quality processes, testing, and documentation with a focus on continuous improvement. Confirm compliance with ISO standards for both supplier and internal quality of physical product and firmware.
Continuous Improvement:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer expectations and internal standards.
Monitoring and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain reporting systems to track progress toward production quality objectives and quickly identify manufacturing issues.
Documentation:
- Properly document rationale and results of product, firmware, and process improvements.
Defect Management:
- Develop and maintain systems for consistent classification and reporting of defects and symptoms.
Support and Field Issues:
- Ensure continuous improvement of support for physical product and firmware issues in the field.
Field Quality:
- Utilize support and customer service management (CSM) tools for troubleshooting and analysis of lockbox health.
Design and Process Quality:
- Ensure requirements, processes, tests, and test procedures are developed and documented in a centralized location.
Adherence and Training:
- Ensure adherence to quality requirements and processes
- Seek out and complete appropriate training, development, and research to stay updated on industry standards and best practices.
**Must be able to work onsite in West Chester, OH 3-4 days per week**
Requirements
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 3 Years Creating Quality Engineering Processes
- Required; 3 Years Leading Projects, Required
- Preferred: Certified Quality Engineer; Six Sigma Black Belt
- Preferred: SQL and Python
