Role Overview:

As a Production Artist / Junior Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high quality creative content for our Fortune 100 client’s internal employee communications. You'll collaborate closely with and receive direction from our team of senior designers and creative directors. This is an incredible opportunity to work on high-impact projects, learn the creative ropes in an exciting agency environment, receive mentorship and the opportunity to grow your design craft and communications expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

· Own the design communications production work from feedback to release, making updates to existing assets based on internal and client reviews, resizing and prepping files for digital and print production and assisting the project manager in exporting and releasing files.

· Maintain brand consistency in all materials, adhering to visual guidelines and creative direction provided.

· Work with a range of mediums and channels including digital screens, collateral, posters, hanging banners, social media, websites, out of home and digital paid placements. 

· Own and champion high standards of quality control, from file and version control to markups and changes. Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to design standards.

· Prepare resizes, taking a design from one format and medium and carrying it into another while maintaining aesthetics and composition.

· Prepare and optimize files for print release, ensuring technical specifications are met.

· Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative design concepts, channel approaches and engagement tactics.

Qualifications:

· Associates’ degree in Communications, Graphic or Presentation Design, or related work experience. 

· 1-3 years of experience as production artist or graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint.

· Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for quality design.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team and follow feedback.

· A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the team.
