The Opportunity
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager with a proven track record of closing & exceeding sales quotas. You need to be personable, passionate, self-motivated, and committed to identifying clients’ needs and delivering appropriate solutions leveraging our full suite of products and services. You will participate in every stage of the sales process; from top-of-funnel through close and initial onboarding. This position can be based anywhere in the United States.
What You Will Do
- Close new business that meets ARR target
- Develop & execute sales plan to grow share of market in assigned territory
- Continually prospect to add new viable accounts
- Foster trusted relationships with prospective government employees
- Coordinate complex sales
- Consultative, client-centric, solution-oriented sales
- Create delighted & referenceable clients
- Deliver client proposals, RFP responses, & demos
- Maintain opportunity pipeline at 5x ARR quota
- Maintain sound ECRM hygiene & deliver accurate quarterly forecasts
What You Will Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience selling in the government space is highly desired - Ability to work remotely & travel up to 50% - 70%
- Quota & goal focus with urgency, tenacity, & perseverance
- High level of accountability
