Developed at Boston Children’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School, Mightier believes in empowering every child to be their best self. Mightier is a child-centered, evidence-based, digital program that uses biometric feedback so children learn, practice, and apply lifelong coping skills through game-based play. With both online and offline activities, Mightier supports the development of the whole child so that kids can live healthier, happier lives. Mightier is clinically proven to help kids ages 6 to 14 prepare for life’s big emotions. To date, more than 2.5 million games have been played on the Mightier app by more than 100,000 kids.
Mightier Clinical Services PLLC partners with Mightier to provide families enrolled in Medicaid access to the Mightier Program, while overseeing program use via remote therapeutic monitoring services. Mightier Clinical Services clinicians support and empower families to access and engage with the Mightier Program. This unique level of oversight and support allows for more scalability than traditional clinical services as it delivers evidence-based mental health care through an at-home digital platform.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a mission-driven, creative, and innovative mental health professional who will provide clinical oversight to Mightier members and their families. In this role, you will join a growing team of clinicians delivering remote therapeutic monitoring services to families utilizing the Mightier Program.
Remote therapeutic monitoring is a new and innovative way of supporting individuals who are using digital mental health programs. Rather than traditional clinical care, remote therapeutic monitoring focuses on overseeing clients’ use of the program, helping ensure clients are using the technology appropriately to see clinical improvements. These services are delivered via telehealth and include 1-1 visits focused on the clients’ program use, and asynchronous review of clients' program data.

Things You'll Do:
- Learn the ins and outs of the Mightier Program.
- Perform remote therapeutic monitoring services via telehealth which includes guiding families in the setup and use of equipment, providing education about the Mightier Program, providing consultation calls throughout the client’s use of the program, and reviewing usage and engagement data.
- Comprehensively document family interactions.
- Support families by actively listening and responding to programmatic questions and concerns via email, phone, and telehealth video calls.
- Ask appropriate questions and actively listen to, identify, and interpret clients' program concerns.
- Support the ongoing use of Mightier, troubleshooting any technical or personal challenges impacting adherence.
- Perform account management tasks.
- Attend Clinical Team meetings and trainings as needed.
- Work remotely with a minimum commitment of 5 hours a week and the opportunity to choose up to 30 hours a week depending on caseloads
What You’ll Need:
- Master’s degree or Doctorate in social work, clinical counseling, or psychology
- Enrolled as a Medicaid Provider in the state of Nevada
- State independent clinical license in Nevada: LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, or similar license
- Minimum of 3-5 years of direct patient care experience (preferably with children and families)
- A confidential, private location to work from remotely with reliable, high-speed Internet access
- Confidence and expertise in using technology to communicate
- Organized, quick, and an enthusiastic learner, an excellent communicator, and good with time management
Nice to Haves:
- Credentialed with Molina Healthcare of Nevada
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Willingness and ability to easily obtain licenses in other states within 3 months of hiring

- This position is fully remote with flexible hours
- This position will be under the general supervision of the Clinical Director
This is a fee-for-service independent contractor position with a blended pay structure. Base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, licenses, and years of experience.
