About the role

As Architectural Staff, you will be responsible for a section or multiple sections of the architectural set. Be able to take a section (say A700’s) and take responsibility for all the modeling, coordination, and organization of a specific section of the architectural drawings.


Responsibilities

Contribute to the creation of renderings, animations, and other Schematic drawings to help communicate with the client the vision of their project.

Assist with coordination of consultant information into Architectural drawings.

Coordinate with Project Principal-In-Charge (PIC), Project Manager (PM) and Project Architect/Coordinator (PC) to produce a complete set of Architectural Construction Documents.

Clarity and completeness of the section of the drawings.

Requirements

Skill Set

· Knowledge of Revit, Adobe Software, Lumion, Enscape and other office software essential for design renderings and videos and production of Construction Documents

· Research problems and propose solutions

· Team player

· Good attitude

· Knowledge of the office production standards

· Drafting accuracy

· Attention to detail


Reports

Architectural Staff will report to Project Principal-In-Charge (PIC), Project Manager (PM), and Project Architect/Coordinator (PC).


Continuing Education/ Expertise/ Leadership

Achievement of State of Texas Architectural license and registration.

Participate in continuing education seminars, conventions & organizations relevant to Architecture to stay up to date on the latest best practices and techniques.


Thought Leadership

Obtain and promote knowledge about design, construction, technology, bond planning and public education issues thru blogs, public speaking, published articles and educational outreach.
