As a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in Austin, we serve children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental differences through compassionate, evidence-based care that honors each child’s strengths.

Your Clinic Impact:
 

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and reassessments, including FBAs, and develop individualized, strengths-based treatment and behavior intervention plans.  
  • Analyze client data and make timely, clinically sound program modifications to ensure meaningful progress. 
  • Provide structured, collaborative family guidance sessions and maintain strong, supportive relationships with caregivers. 
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor RBTs to ensure high-quality implementation of treatment plans and professional growth.  
  • Lead caseload team meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary providers, including speech therapist, schools, and community partners.  
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure compliance with clinical and funding requirements.  
  • Support clients across setting through school collaboration, community observations, and ARD participation as needed.

  • Competitive salary starting at $75,000+, with a generous sign-on bonus ranging from $2,500 to $7,500 based on experience

Requirements

Who You Are: 

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing, committed to ethical, evidence-based practice. 
  • Experienced Professional: At least 2 years of experience supporting children with autism and related developmental differences, with confidence navigating a range of clinical presentations. 
  • Clinical Expertise: Skilled in developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized programs for complex needs, including feeding, toileting, and high-intensity behaviors, with a data-driven and compassionate approach. 
  • Strong Communicator & Collaborator: Able to build trusting relationships with families and teammates while working both independently and within a supportive, interdisciplinary team. 
  • Growth-Oriented & Purpose-Driven: Motivated to make a meaningful impact, continuously refine clinical skills, and contribute to a positive, play-based, clinician-led culture.
