Senior Marketing Consultant:

The Senior Marketing Consultant at Rebound is a contract position, responsible for shaping and executing go-to-market strategies for high-growth technology companies serving the life science and healthcare industries. This marketer will work across multiple disciplines including messaging and positioning, brand marketing, content marketing, strategic planning, demand generation, and sales enablement. This individual will lead projects for clients of various sizes and levels of marketing maturity. We’re looking for a high performer with a passion for marketing life sciences technology products who is creative, has excellent organizational and communication skills, is willing to learn, and wants to drive business impact. 


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance clients’ brand or product presence, drive customer engagement, and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with commercial objectives.
  • Manage marketing campaigns across various channels that acquire and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Understand customer solutions, market opportunities, competition, and target audiences to shape go-to-market programs.
  • Prioritize, oversee, and edit high-quality thought leadership and promotional content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, web pages and infographics to engage and educate the target audience.
  • Analyze data to measure marketing campaign effectiveness and make adjustments to improve performance.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
Requirements

This is a contract role with opportunities to work on multiple marketing projects, with different types of clients, with flexible hours. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
  • 7-10 years of experience in marketing, ideally with prior experience in the life sciences and technology industries.
  • Expertise in brand marketing, product marketing, strategy development, and demand generation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Understanding of marketing automation tools and analytics platforms, and the ability to work with marketing ops specialists to execute campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with a keen attention to detail, and the ability to report on project status, issues, and risks to executives. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player who leads and collaborates effectively across teams. Ability to manage other resources as needed to execute a project (e.g., writers, designers, marketing operations specialists).
