The maintenance position will be responsible for the upkeep of the company building and company house. It is a Full-time position. Monday Through Friday, hours may vary and may include overtime and travel.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

These duties will include but are not limited to:

• Machine repair (sealers, carts, etc)
• General cleaning (outside grounds, exterior of building, washing trucks, etc)
• Small equipment repair and maintenance
• Landscaping (warehouse and company house)
• Painting
• Development of machine maintenance schedules 
• Light construction, plumbing, and dry wall repair 
• Maintenance on fleet vehicles (oil changes, tire rotation & balance)
• Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience a plus
• High school diploma
• Time management skills
• Employee is required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
