We are currently seeking a professional, highly motivated Appliance Sales Consultant, specializing in Business-to-Business sales. We are looking for individuals who have a love for meeting new people, developing long lasting client relationships, have a passion for kitchen design, and provide great customer service.


Position Summary:

As an Appliance Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience that will develop into a book of business through client referrals and other sales leads. Guiding clients every step of the way, from the selection of premium appliances to the completion of delivery and installation. ABW Sales Consultants provide an enjoyable, efficient, and hassle-free experience for all clients who visit our Silver Spring location. 


Essential Functions: 

  • Greeting and engaging customers, discovering their appliance needs.
  • Educate clients and assure them that they are making an informed decision through the selection process based on their lifestyle and needs.
  • Establish new leads and provide constant follow-up with clients to build a strong and lasting relationship.
  • Provide excellent customer service for all walk-ins and appointments.
  • Efficiently prepare and furnish accurate quotes for selections made. 
  • Work with clients to ensure that the selected appliances align with their design plans. 
  • Provide continuous support to all clients after the sale and completion of their project.
  • Work with coworkers to maintain a pristine and organized store. 
  • Actively participate in store meetings and training/coaching sessions. 
  • Ensure you have a deep understanding of all sales promotions, store policy and procedures, and corporate policies.


Requirements
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in appliance sales, kitchen design, or home remodeling. Previous experience in business-to-business sales a plus.
  • Ability to manage client’s expectations efficiently and effectively.
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace a plus but not required.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to Multi-task and have solid organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel: 25% (requires reliable transportation)

Position Details:

  • Job Type: Full-Time, Rotating Saturdays
  • Compensation:
  • 1st year anticipated earnings of $60,000 (Includes $45k base salary + Bonuses)
  • 2nd year anticipated earnings starting at $80,000 for committed sales consultant
  • Additional income through Manufacturer Spiffs
