Quincy Credit Union is currently seeking a personable, patient, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time teller. As a teller, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our members and assisting them with a wide range of financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

· Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other routine transactions accurately and efficiently.

· Provide excellent customer service by greeting members warmly, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner.

· Educate members on various credit union products and services, including checking and savings accounts, loans, and electronic banking options.

· Maintain a neat and organized workstation, adhering to all security and compliance procedures.

· Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and promote a positive work environment.

Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
  • Availability to work 1-2 Saturdays a month.
