Job Summary:

Rocket55 is looking for a HubSpot administrator and marketing specialist with a passion for client success and a knack for analytical problem-solving. In this role, you will be pivotal in providing our services to a portfolio of 8-10+ clients at a time, primarily utilizing HubSpot. In this role, you'll support the implementation of the HubSpot CRM platform for our clients and leverage your expertise to drive lead generation and marketing success, optimizing their infrastructure across marketing, sales, and customer success functions. Your responsibilities will include managing marketing campaigns, migrating and implementing HubSpot, and ensuring alignment with our client’s business goals. With your expertise, you'll streamline processes, enhance customer engagement strategies, and drive efficient data management and analysis.


  • Designs and implements effective strategies tailored to client needs, facilitating seamless operations and improved data integration across marketing, sales, and customer service.
  • Expertly manages and optimizes the use of HubSpot by customizing features, including views, properties, workflows, and more to achieve client goals.
  • Defines and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) for each client, ensuring operational excellence and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Guides clients new to HubSpot through effective and comprehensive onboarding.
  • Fosters strong relationships with clients through regular communication, anticipating their needs, aligning on strategies, sharing insights, and driving forward growth initiatives. 
  • Continues to look for areas to drive value for the client through meeting revenue goals, KPIs, and providing general expertise and support.
  • Creates advanced reports and dashboards and conducts comprehensive data analysis to guide strategic decisions and enhance client outcomes continuously.
  • Enhances client’s marketing automation and leads nurturing processes including designing and executing email and other digital marketing campaigns.
  • Leverages HubSpot's full capabilities to meet business needs through feature enhancements and integrations and provides expert training and support to clients on leveraging their HubSpot platform to their full potential.
  • Works closely with the team to develop and implement strategies that leverage HubSpot capabilities. Stay updated on HubSpot features and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
  • Keeps a pulse on digital marketing, RevOps trends, and HubSpot's new features including third-party applications to maintain Rocket55’s position as an industry leader.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a Professional Services delivery role (functional, technical, or project/program management).
  • Proven HubSpot proficiency; HubSpot certifications such as HubSpot Marketing Software Certification, HubSpot Sales Software Certification, and others are highly preferred.
  • Ability to break down large and complex projects and problems into manageable solutions while guiding the client through the process.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of B2B/SaaS marketing, sales, and customer success processes.
  • Experience creating and executing strategies for omnichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple client projects simultaneously, with a commitment to excellence.
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Team player with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent collaboration skills that enable you to earn trust at all levels.
  • Self-starter with a strong bias for action and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced HubSpot certifications.
  • Prior success in delivering RevOps services that have significantly improved client operational efficiency, revenue growth, and satisfaction.
  • Job experience in Marketing Operations and/or Sales Operations.
  • Experience with additional CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
