Device Support & Configuration Associate 

Location: King of Prussia, PA | On-site | Full-Time


Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who loves helping others? Join our fast-paced team as a Device Support & Configuration Associate and become the go-to expert for configuring and troubleshooting Smartphones, Tablets, and Laptops!


What You’ll Do:

  • Configure and set up mobile devices in a warehouse environment
  • Provide expert technical support to resolve mobile device issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems with patience and precision.
  • Escalate complex cases when needed to ensure timely solutions.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge and stay current on industry updates.
  • Document all customer interactions and contribute to knowledge base resources.
  • Create clear guides and FAQs to help customers self-serve.
  • Collaborate with your team, sharing insights and participating in ongoing training.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of technical support experience, ideally with mobile devices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, on-site in King of Prussia, PA.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.

Skills:

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a knack for troubleshooting.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong understanding of technical support best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Ability to work 8AM - 5PM Monday to Friday at our King of Prussia, PA headquarters
Salary Description
$20-$23/hour + Bonus
