Key Responsibilities:


Customer Assistance:

  • Be the tech guru customers rely on for troubleshooting and resolving their tech issues with mobile devices (think Smartphones, Tablets and Laptops) 
  • Provide clear, friendly, and efficient support through various channels like phone, email, and chat.

Problem Solving:

  • Investigate and solve technical problems with the skill of a detective and the patience of a saint.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary, ensuring every problem finds a solution.

Product Knowledge:

  • Master our products inside and out, becoming the encyclopedia of all things tech for our customers.
  • Stay updated on the latest product features, updates, and industry trends.

Documentation:

  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and solutions, contributing to our ever-growing knowledge base.
  • Develop easy-to-understand guides and FAQs to empower customers to solve issues independently.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with colleagues to share insights, strategies, and support, fostering a collaborative team spirit.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to keep skills sharp and knowledge current.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.

Skills:

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a knack for troubleshooting.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong understanding of technical support best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Ability to work 8AM - 5PM Monday to Friday at our King of Prussia, PA headquarters
Salary Description
$20-$27/hour - depending on experience
