What You’ll Do

As a Station Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our daily operations, team leadership, and financial success. This isn’t just a desk job—you’ll be in the field, solving problems, motivating teams, and ensuring seamless service for airline crews.

• Lead Daily Operations: Oversee station performance, ensuring routes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Develop & Motivate Teams: Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team dedicated to service excellence.
• Ensure Safety & Compliance: Monitor vehicle maintenance, uphold safety standards, and implement best practices.
• Drive Profitability: Manage budgets, control costs, and identify areas for operational improvement.
• Optimize Scheduling: Create efficient driver schedules to meet demand while maximizing productivity.
• Collaborate with Dispatch: Troubleshoot challenges, communicate with teams, and maintain top-tier service.
• Uphold Performance Standards: Handle employee coaching, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions when necessary.

Who We’re Looking For

? Leadership Experience: 5+ years in transportation, logistics, or a related field with managerial responsibilities.

? Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Quick thinker who thrives in dynamic, high-pressure environments.

? Operational Expertise: Knowledge of DOT regulations, fleet management, and safety protocols.

? Hands-On Mentality: Comfortable conducting vehicle inspections and leading from the front.

? Excellent Communication: Clear, professional, and proactive in decision-making.

? Valid Driver’s License: Clean driving record required.

Location & Work Environment

• Based in Austin, TX – Candidates must be within a 35-minute commute.
• In-person, hands-on role – Not a remote position.
• Be prepared for outdoor work in varying weather conditions.

 The Ideal Candidate: An inspirational leader!

• Basic computer and mobile technology skills - Experience and desire to work with technology!
• Proven track record of success in leadership in building a team. A driver advocate!
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Minimum of 2 +years management experience (airline/airport or transportation environment preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation or related industries;
• Proven track record of safety management and contributing to maintenance of a safety culture.
• Training/ coaching background. Preferred.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be approved by the Company’s insurance carrier; may be required to obtain special city/airport permits.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule that may require weekend and/or evening work. The New York holiday season is our busiest time due to all of the incoming/outgoing flights
