THE OPPORTUNITY: As we continue our journey, we are building a team of sharp, intelligent innovators and a leadership team that embodies the spirit of innovation and commitment to excellence that defines our company.  We are pleased to unveil our newest leadership position, the Director of NexusOne (NX1) Platform.  This new addition will play a crucial role in shaping our organization's future with a clear vision and unwavering determination while strengthening our commitment to excellence. NX1 is a technology-enabled managed data-as-a-service solution. This prestigious role provides a unique opportunity to report directly to our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and will engage closely with the executive leadership team.  In this capacity, you will play a critical role in steering the NX1 operations towards achieving critical short-term targets and long-term strategic goals.  The ideal candidate will be a seasoned technology leader, someone who has a demonstrated history of cultivating high-performing teams and driving exceptional results. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:   

• Work closely with the executive leadership team to align NX1 Operations organization with near-term objectives and strategic goals. 
• Act as a key product stakeholder contributing to product roadmap, prioritization, and architecture definition. 
• Lead existing NX1 support and maintenance team  
• Lead platform engineering team responsible for operationalizing new product features  
• Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement  
• Oversee NX1 gross margin and unit economics, including human capital costs, cloud costs, software licenses, third-party vendors, etc. 
• Mature existing offshore service center in Pune and establish a nearshore service center with a focus on talent development and growth.  
• Develop capabilities, tooling, and processes to oversee and manage client-specific workloads and data pipelines. 
• Work closely with the Cyber Security Director to ensure the effective implementation, operation, and sampling of applicable control frameworks, including SOC2, ISO, HiTrust, etc. 
• Oversee environment standup and onboarding processes for new client environments. 
• Establish and oversee existing customer communication and satisfaction 

WHO YOU ARE: 

• A minimum of 8 years’ experience leading and building technology teams (Specific experience in technology-enabled product operations and managed services is a plus). 
• Experience leading teams implementing Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD principles. 
• Working knowledge of open-source and proprietary modern data technologies including Iceberg, Spark, Nifi, Jupyter Notebooks, Cloudera, Databricks, Kubeflow, MLFlow, Kafka, etc.   
• Experience building/supporting solutions across major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and GCP). 
• Prior experience as a solution or infrastructure architect with a focus on Data, Analytics, and AI.
